I bought my vehicle from CarMax back in March of 2022. About a month and a half after I bought it (2021 Chevy Trailblazer), when I shifted my car from P to D, it acted as if it were in N. All was good till I went to try my park assist for the first time since having my truck since 4/22 waiting on the chip and guess what it say on my information center, service park assist. Which tells me no one tested the system after they installed the chip

I was not happy for the reason I had to have service (GM needed the parts numbers off recent chips installed for the safety driving mechanism...those should have been recorded prior to shipping them to my dealer) but the staff at the dealership are always kind and helpful.

Southern Buick GMC did excellent work repairing a failed belt tensioner on my GMC 3500 Denali Duramax. System damaged several other components around the tensioner, which took longer than initially planned. Both the mechanic and the service representative kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and verified all components operated normally before releasing it to me. Only thing I would recommend is when a vehicle is in for maintenance longer than a day, that a quick outside wash and vacuum be done, they did ensure fluid were top off. The overall repair took a week, most time waiting on ...

Service team was excellent. Although, I originally purchased my truck from the Southern dealership in Chesapeake. When I went to this location Tracy with service took great care of me and kept me updated through the process! Also she looked in to the warranty I purchased at the Chesapeake Branch to get some of the things covered!

Greeted immediately. Intake of my vehicle was quick as well. I dropped off my vehicle, so time of repair was not really a factor. However, I was given a relatively quick update on an issue that I was having, and it was resolved promptly. The price could be better. I don't think $199 for a diagnostic hour is competitive at all. I probably would shop around at other GM service sites if I needed another diagnostic.

I appreciate this dealer for looking at my Impala. They did what they could to find out what was wrong with it. I just wished they had kept me more informed about the situation. They kept my Impala for almost a week trying to find out what the issue was. Communication was not a strong point. But I overall I am pleased with the outcome.

My appointment was scheduled quickly and my repair was done in less than 2 days including having the part shipped.

Worked with Cornelius and Sherad on buying a new Kia Sorento. Both did a great job in helping me get the best deal possible and the payments I needed.
