I'm updating my previous Google review. Basically - I was not initially satisfied with the lack of communication from the Southern Buick Service Advisor and his Service Manager, nor was I satisfied with an error that was made in their initial diagnostic. However- When I was able to speak to Service Director David Torrisi, I had to change my initial poor review. First - David LISTENED without being defensive and actually really tried to understand the issue. Second - Once he understood the disconnect, he helped me get additional answers - then we were able to come to an agreeable solution. Finally - And this is the part I respect the most...He SAID he was going to do something - AND HE DID IT. Without me having to call and prompt or go through a bunch of red tape. He gave his word- then he kept his word. And THAT is the kind of company I'm happy to give my (and my mom's) business. One thing I would caution, though (and this is the only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars): When you call the service department, you have to go through the AI voice, Pam, who keeps you going in circles for 5-10 minutes where you'll either get forwarded to a voice mail or a human receptionist, who takes a message. That can be frustrating.
