I came in unexpectedly with my mom on a Sunday and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming and down to earth. If my mom had a great time with me, you know it was a pleasant experience. just received my hard copy title from DMV today, and reminded me of the crew at the VB site, and the chesapeake distribution folks. i told my sister about my used terrain (hers is the same model as mine), good vibes. these people are just down-home folks, and the wonderful service they provide just makes it feel good to throw all my money at them. no regrets, warm and fuzzies!

Truly have to thank the salesman at Southern Buick For saving me over $65k for a new car. I took my car in for a checkup since it was showing an intermittent fault while shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear. The mechanics and service desk were great. They could not duplicate the fault and asked to keep it a second day. During that time Moose called multiple times to give me an appraisal for my car. My family loves Buick Enclaves. We have had 5 so far and currently own two, one black and one white. While awaiting the appraisal I called USAA and got pre-approval for a $75k loan, pulled out my check book and secured my lien-free title. I got a call that my car was ready, the mechanics could not duplicatr the fault and we werr not being charged a fee for diagnostics. While driving to pick up my car and hopefully trade it in for a new 2022 Premium Buick Enclave I get a call from Moose. Basically the dealership was offering me $9.5k for my 2016 Buick. Kinda low, I thought. Moose then tells me it would have been over $13k but they took off for transmission issues. When I asked him "Are you serious, the same transmission issues your own mechanics could not find?". He said yes. I told him that was way too low and a bit crazy since there was no diagnosed faults. He said they might have to replace the transmission and that is a $5k job. That got me to thinking. Even though I was willing to pay up to $75k for a new car, I can just wait for the fault to get properly diagnosed and only pay to repair that part. Thanks Again, Southern Buick Virginia Beach, for saving me lots of money.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Brandon Lane there. Also, Jerome in finance and the sales manager that let us know what was in stock. My husband had been looking for either a suburban or Yukon XL and 30 minutes after talking to them on the phone, my husband was up there test driving the Yukon and signing papers. The service department did an excellent job as well detailing the vehicle to look like it belonged in a showroom. We can’t thank y’all enough for making him and I both feel so welcomed. Will definitely be doing business again. Brandon was a BOSS with this transaction; can’t recommend him out enough!
